Whitetail
Hunts are semi to self guided.. Most properties offer quality lodging and others offer primitive camping sites to RV sites. Some properties are high fenced offering Trophy, Cull or Management Buck Hunts and spike and doe meat hunts.
The majority of our properties are low fenced with food plots and feeders. Comfortable box blinds, quad pods and pop-ups over feeders are available on all properties.
High fenced properties
High fenced properties will be guided and guides will choose the animals harvested.
Concho County management buck hunts. High fenced ranch for six years, protein fed, high grade genetics. Management bucks in the 120 to 150 class are being offered during the early MLD season beginning October 1. Hunts are guided and will end after a buck is harvested or after two days of hunting, whichever occurs first. Success rate and satisfaction are very high. Whitetail does, axis does and spikes can be added after a buck has been harvested. Lodging is available in Eden, 7miles away. $750.00 nonrefundable deposit required to book a hunt.

Low fenced properties
To maintain a quality herd for our future years, bucks harvested will score a minimum of 120 inches based on the Boone and Crockett scoring system.
HUNTING FEES:
RIFLE HUNTS:
$1500.00 per hunter with lodging,and meals
$1250.00 per hunter with camping or off site lodging, no meals furnished.
3 day packages on weekdays and or weekend
A buck, doe, 2 hogs if available and varmints are allowed during these hunts.
Buck Hunt Scoring:
Hunt prices include bucks scoring between 120 and 140 inches. Bucks scoring 140 to 160 will be assessed a $150.00 dollar per inch trophy fee. Bucks scoring over 160 will be assessed $200.00 per inch for all inches over 160.
Archery Hunt Packages
Archery hunting is self guided with the hunters able to set up their own blinds. Hunt packages will allow hunters to come in on the first afternoon to settle in, scout and set up blinds. The next two and half days will be allowed for hunting. Example: Arrive Thursday noon, scout. Hunt Friday, Saturday, Sunday until 10:00am and leave by noon Sunday.
$600.00 per hunter with lodging.
$500.00 per hunter with camping facilities or off site lodging.
Deer harvested will follow the same scoring rules as for rifle hunts.
A buck, doe, 2 hogs if available and varmints are allowed during these hunts.
Day Hunts - Rifle or Archery
BUCK HUNT---$250.00/day/hunter
1 Buck scoring 120 to 130 inches plus 1 Doe or spike, unlimited hogs and varmints, if available.
$100.00/inch if harvested buck scores less than 120 inches
150.00/inch if harvested buck scores more than 130 inches
$250.00 penalty for shooting a buck fawn.
DOE HUNT---$150.00/day/hunter
2 Does, unlimited hogs and varmints if available.
$250.00 penalty for shooting a buck fawn
MEAT HUNT---$600.00/hunter---Only 6 of these hunts are available
4 Does, unlimited hogs and varmints if available
2 Day hunt maximum with 1 nights lodging if needed, with no meals.
Hunt ends when 4th doe is harvested.
